Hydrocare builds, overhauls and repairs cylinders. Cylinders that we have built ourselves, but also cylinders that are made by other builders.

From bad condition to new condition
A cylinder in bad condition? Our skilled technicians are extremely skilled and return them to new condition. They can perform any operation. We provide damaged plunger tubes and piston rods with a new hard chrome layer. Or we apply an on-site galvanic padding process. Is the cylinder badly damaged? Then we can grind the piston rod or plunger tube, repair it and provide it again with a chrome or ceramic layer. We can also hone damaged pipes for you and provide them with a hardness layer, for example a nickel or chrome layer.

Cylinders repair, overhaul and adjustment
Hydrocare is also the right place for overhaul and repairs of your cylinders. In addition to building cylinders, we also overhaul and repair cylinders. These can be cylinders that we have built ourselves, but certainly also cylinders that are made by other builders. Our fast service and the short lines of communication with suppliers are also our strength here.
