TESTING AND CERTIFICATION

What can we do for you:
The Hydrocare service team can help you with planned maintenance work, but is of course also on standby in case of emergencies or urgent orders. We can perform the following activities for you:

• Inspection, testing and (re) certification.
• Visual inspection.
• Internal camera inspection.
• Hydrostatic test.
• Nitrogen leak test.
• Document registration and documentation of the object.
• Length changes.
• Mounting of electrical tracers and insulation materials.
• Placing of identification labels.
• Pipe or hose repair on site.

The test team can be available on site 24/7 for your testing and maintenance activities!

Most of our marine hoses and pipes are supplied with type approval, from, for example, Lloyd’s, DNV, RINA, KR, ABS, RMR, BV, GL, class NK.
The desired type approval is delivered at the request of the customer.

Testing and certification of hydraulic installations
We test your hydraulic installation after every maintenance or repair. We are not satisfied until it runs perfectly again. In our workshops we have extensive test facilities, such as a dynamic test bench. These advanced testing facilities are also available for testing and certifying your hydraulic equipment and hydraulic pumps and motors.

Testing and Certification on site
By having the hose assemblies, pipes and other components tested, you as the user have a reasonable degree of certainty that they are safe to use and do not pose a danger to your installation, your people and the environment. Advantages of testing on location are:

• The hoses remain on location.
• No transport costs.
• You are immediately informed of the condition of your hoses.
• If the hoses are rejected, you will receive immediate advice from us.
• We archive your certificate (digitally), these are always can be requested again.

Support and improvement processes

Experienced Hydrocare technicians provide you with expert advice on site. Some examples of this are:

• Making the right choices with new hoses use the hoses in the right way.
• So that the service life is extended.
• Any adjustments to your process that can save costs.

Advanced test facilities
In the Hydrocare workshop, our technician has extensive test facilities at his disposal, such as a dynamic test bench. These advanced testing facilities are also available for testing and certifying your hydraulic equipment and hydraulic components.
